Domestic Shipping (Canada)
PandaBatteries.com ships lithium battery cells and related products across Canada using trusted carriers, including Canada Post, FedEx, UPS Canada, and Purolator. The most suitable carrier will be selected based on your location, package type, and shipping urgency.
Maximum weight per parcel is limited to 30kg (66 lbs) due to carrier restrictions.
Some remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
Signature may be required for delivery.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. For larger orders or customized shipments, please contact us directly.
Shipping rates are estimates only and may be adjusted if your order contains multiple parcels or special handling items. We will notify you if an adjustment is necessary before shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to safety regulations and carrier limitations:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We currently do not ship internationally. For international inquiries, please contact us to explore possible forwarding solutions.
Commercial quantities (bulk/wholesale orders) are not processed via the website — please email us directly at sales@pandabatteries.com with your company details for quotes and volume pricing.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@pandabatteries.com. Once an order is fulfilled or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
A restocking fee of 10% may apply if the order has already been processed.
For address changes after fulfillment, an administrative fee may be charged.
Order changes may result in revised shipping fees based on the new order contents.
Returns and Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of lithium battery products and safety concerns, returns are limited.
Eligible returns:
Must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Must be in unused, original condition with no signs of modification.
Must include all original packaging and labeling.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is proven defective.
Non-returnable items:
Modified or altered battery cells
Final sale or clearance items
Custom-built battery packs
To request a return, contact support@pandabatteries.com with:
Your full name
Order number
Photos/videos showing the issue (if defective)
Detailed explanation of the problem and how the product was used
Approved returns must be properly packaged for safety. Any returned lithium batteries must be discharged and terminals properly insulated before shipping.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
For lost shipments, the carrier (Canada Post, FedEx, etc.) is responsible. Customers must initiate a claim directly with the carrier. If you require assistance, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.
Local Pickup (Ontario Only)
Local pickup may be available for bulk or B2B orders over $1000 CAD. To inquire about pickup from our Windsor, Ontario location, email sales@pandabatteries.com to schedule and confirm availability.
LTL Freight / Pallet Orders
For wholesale or pallet-sized shipments, we can coordinate LTL freight across Canada. Contact us with:

Freight quotes are valid for 2 business days due to fluctuating rates.
