Shipping options depend on the product, quantity and destination. For a delivery quote or an order that cannot be checked out online, email pandabatteries.service@gmail.com with the part number, quantity and delivery address or postal code.

Delivery destinations

We are based in Windsor, Ontario, and work with buyers in Canada and the United States. Availability of delivery is confirmed for each product and destination. For other countries, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping costs

Where available, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. For multiple items, large or heavy equipment, battery products, or destinations without a checkout rate, please request a quote before placing your order. We will confirm the available service and cost with you.

Processing and delivery times

In-stock orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Time normally ship the same business day. Preparation time may vary for orders requiring additional checks, special packing or freight arrangements; contact us if you have a required dispatch or delivery date.

Dispatch is the date an order leaves us. Delivery time is the carrier's transit time after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Battery products and freight

Battery cells, battery packs and large or heavy industrial components may require a separate shipping quote. Please contact us with the exact items, quantity and destination so we can confirm available delivery arrangements before you order.

For pallet or freight enquiries, include whether the address is residential or commercial and whether a loading dock, forklift or lift-gate service is available or required.

Local pickup

Local pickup in Windsor is available by appointment. Contact us to confirm availability and arrange a time before visiting.

Tracking and order questions

Use our order tracking page with your order details or tracking number. If tracking is not yet available, an address needs correcting, or a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, email us with your order number and relevant details as soon as possible.
